Objectives of the privacy policy

According to the RGPD, what is personal data?

  • Or indirectly (e.g. by an identifier (customer number), a (telephone) number, biometric data, several specific elements specific to his physical, physiological, genetic, psychic, economic, cultural or social identity but also voice or image).

How to obtain consent

We are committed to obtaining consent prior to collecting personal information from an individual. Consent may be express or implied and may be provided directly by the individual or by his or her authorized representative.

We prefer to obtain express consent, whether verbally, electronically or in writing. However, implied consent may be reasonably inferred from a person's action or inaction. For example, providing a name and address to receive a publication, or a name and telephone number to obtain an answer to a question, is considered implied consent to the collection of information containing personal information. KS reserves the right to collect nominative information and personal data concerning you. This information is required to process your order and to improve the services and information we send you.

The principles of the RGPD

Legitimacy, honesty and transparency: Companies must ensure that their data collection practices do not violate the law, and that they do not hide anything from data subjects. In addition, it is important to indicate the type of data collected, as well as the reason why the company is collecting it, in your privacy policy in order to remain transparent with data subjects.

Limiting storage: Companies must delete personal data when it is no longer required for processing.

Integrity and confidentiality": the GDPR states that personal data must be "processed in such a way as to ensure appropriate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organizational measures."

The treatment processes used

KS Company attaches the utmost importance to the security of your personal information and undertakes to treat it in accordance with industry standards and norms, solely for the purposes for which it is collected as described in this policy or in a specific notice to that effect. However, given the inherent security limitations of transmission via the Internet, it is impossible to safeguard your personal information absolutely. Information transmitted to us is therefore ultimately at the user's own risk.
