DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

Your orders are prepared with care and love and dispatched within 2 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will be notified by email when your order has been shipped. This e-mail will contain a tracking number to keep you informed of each stage of delivery. 

Maximum 5kg per package.

  • Point relais BPost 3 to 4 days | 5,05€, FREE from 100€.

Delivery NETHERLANDS, FRANCE, LUXEMBOURG, GERMANY

  • Standard BPost - 4 to 5 days | €16.5, FREE for orders over €150 

Delivery EUROPEAN UNION

  • Standard BPost - 4 to 5 days | €34.60, FREE for orders over €250

  • Azores, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Madeira, Malta, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

FEEDBACK AND EXCHANGES

You can return your items free of charge up to 30 days after your delivery date and exchange them or request a credit note.

To validate your return, products must be returned to us unused, clean and folded.

 Our exchange conditions apply to private customers only. For companies, products cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been washed or used.

 

How do I make a return?

 Returns are free of charge.

Contact our customer service department on +32 489 55 44 55 or by e-mail at info@noosahome.be, specifying your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions on how to print your returns form. Drop off your parcel at one of our available drop-off points. We'll send you an email to confirm receipt of your goods.
